EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2027
Flightline is the photo feed for AirVenture. It is free for every attendee and built for one week on one field. Grow your business where aviation comes together.
One Featured Partner position. Limited sponsored placements per package.
AirVenture puts a thousand exhibitors across fifteen hundred acres. However good your stand is, most of the people who would want it will never walk past it.
1,021
commercial exhibitors

1,500

more ground than anyone walks in a week

A focused AirVenture community, without unrelated content competing for attention. Everyone reading it is on the grounds this week.
Attendees use Flightline to find what is happening across the grounds: posts, locations, exhibitors and offers, at the moment they can act on it.
Sponsored placements, customer check-ins and offer redemptions turn being seen into numbers you can put in a report.
Not banner space. Four places, built into how attendees already use Flightline.
Your post sits in the feed itself, not in a banner slot bolted to the top, so people read it rather than scroll past it. An impression only counts once the post has genuinely been on screen, so the number you are given is the number that happened.
Your own page inside the app, with your logo, description, booth number, a link to your site and a verified badge. The address is short enough to print on your stand, so a conversation at the show carries on after someone walks away.
One button on your page: “I’ve been here!” Visitors tap it at your stand, and you get footfall day by day, along with how many of those taps came from a phone the app had already placed on the showgrounds.
Your name sits beside the Flightline wordmark at the top of the app and on the sign-in screen. It is the first thing every attendee sees, every time they open it, all week. Only one business can hold it, and only at Featured Partner.
One price, for the whole of AirVenture 2027.

$280
One extra sponsored placement on top of any package, up to two per sponsor. Buy them alongside the package and they run in the same advertising windows.
$300
No package required. One sponsored placement in the feed, in an advertising window of your choosing, with the same delivery rules and the same reporting as the Showcase package.
All packages and placements must be purchased by May 2027. Advertising windows are allocated in the order they are confirmed, and the schedule is closed before the show so that every sponsor knows exactly when they are running.
Sponsorship funds the app and keeps Flightline free for every attendee.
Frequency controls and transparent measurement are established practice in digital advertising. Here is exactly how often your placement appears, to whom, and what we count.
At most one sponsored post for every three posts by attendees, and never two sponsored posts one after another. A feed that is mostly advertising stops being a feed people read, which would devalue your placement along with everyone else’s.
Placements appear at a randomised gap of between three and seven attendee posts, so they arrive as part of the scroll rather than in a predictable slot people learn to skip.
The same attendee sees your placement at most three times for the whole event. Beyond that, repetition stops persuading and starts irritating, and you would be paying for the irritation.
Unique reach, viewable impressions, call-to-action taps and link clicks. An impression counts only once your placement has genuinely been on screen, so the number you are given is the number that happened.
You pick the window your placement runs in, subject to availability, and each one is allocated in the order sponsors confirm. All times are Oshkosh local.
